Twenty-three years after it was last broadcast, Roger Law, one of the co-creators of the groundbreaking comedy, has confirmed that Spitting Image is set to return to television screens – featuring an S&M-clad Vladimir Putin, Meghan Markle wearing a glittery “princess” T-shirt and a puppet of Donald Trump whose tweets are composed by his anus.
There's an abundance of subject matter around for the scriptwriters, so hope this doesn't disappoint. I wonder if Lord Lucan will make an appearance?

Agreed. That and the 'Iv'e never met a nice South African' song are probably my outstanding memories of SI.
Good point about how far they'll push it in this modern world where large numbers of people are begging to be offended onsomeone else's behalf.
